Patrol frequency is agreed with each client based on their risk profile and budget. Visits are scheduled at randomised intervals rather than fixed times — this unpredictability is an important part of the deterrent effect, as it prevents would-be intruders from predicting when a site is unattended. ### What does a mobile patrol officer do when they visit? On each visit, our officers carry out external and internal checks, test locks and access points, look for signs of damage or intrusion, and submit a detailed patrol report. If anything of concern is found, it is escalated immediately through our control room. ### Do your patrol vehicles have GPS tracking? Yes — all of our patrol vehicles are GPS tracked, which means we can provide accurate records of visit times and locations.
