At SPS Security, we’ve been protecting businesses across the region since 1992. This is a permanent, full-time position working across two established local sites. If you are someone who values a predictable schedule, takes pride in being a consistent presence, and wants to work for a company that supports its staff, we’d like to hear from you. ### What You’ll Be Doing You will be the eyes and ears of our sites during the night, ensuring the safety of people and property. This isn't just about presence; it's about being an observant, professional member of our team. Your responsibilities will include: - **Access Control:** Welcoming visitors, verifying identification, and managing the entry of employees and contractors. - **Site Security:** Conducting regular internal and external patrols to identify and deter unusual activity. - **Incident Response:** Responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches in line with site procedures. - **Safety Checks:** Carrying out routine fire, health, and safety inspections. - **Reporting:** Maintaining accurate daily logs, recording incidents, and completing professional shift handovers. - **Communication:** Acting as a reassuring point of contact for staff on-site and maintaining clear communication with SPS management. You will receive a comprehensive induction and site-specific training to ensure you are fully prepared for the requirements of these locations. ### Working Pattern This role operates on a **four nights on, four nights off** roster.
