* Licensing: A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence is essential.
* Experience: Previous experience in the security industry is required.
* Vetting: You must be able to provide a full five-year employment history and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Reliability: You must have your own transport to reach the site in Standlake, including at short notice.
* Documentation: You must have the right to work in the UK.

While not required, experience in customer service or working on commercial/industrial sites is a bonus.
